Kiley B. Zellner

Attorney Kiley B. Zellner is a senior litigator with an impressive range of trial experience and a particular passion and aptitude for civil rights litigation. Kiley received her undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and her law degree in 2007 from Marquette University.

As a college athlete, Kiley was aptly described as the “silent assassin” for her quiet confidence and desire to let her actions do the talking. Kiley embodies the same qualities as an attorney. Kiley is direct, confident, and prides herself on being effective, not flashy.

Kiley has prevailed in trials in both state and federal court and has successfully briefed published cases before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Kiley was named a 2021 National Trial Lawyers “Top 40 Under 40.”

Kiley also has a deep social conscience and proves that there is no conflict in being both a fierce advocate and a compassionate human. Kiley seeks out ways in the community to coach, mentor, and lead.

At home, Kiley enjoys responding to “mom watch this” or convincing her two adorable children to get dressed. She never misses an opportunity to host a party, discuss all things pop culture, laugh, chat with her dog, or compete with her husband at anything.
