Attorney Joseph M. Wirth is a partner in the Milwaukee law firm of Wirth + Baynard and for more than 30 years has represented and defended municipalities, insurance companies, corporations – as well as their officials, insureds, police officers, and employees – in the evaluation of, and defense against, a broad variety of civil lawsuits, administrative complaints, and claims for damages. Joe earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston, and he is a 1987 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School. Joe practices in both state and federal courts throughout Wisconsin, and has represented clients through trial in dozens of cases before judges, juries and administrative agencies. Joe has also handled both federal and state appellate cases, including those presented to the state supreme court.
Joe was recently named a “Wisconsin Super Lawyer” and has been selected to the 2022 edition of “Best Lawyers in America.” Joe also has a Martindale-Hubbell AV Rating.
